About
A nonprofit that treats empty houses as the inventory they are.
Home Save Solutions is a Florida 501(c)(3) organized to acquire real estate and create lasting affordable housing — especially for people the market is finished with.

Mission
Why we exist
Home Save Solutions exists to take properties out of vacancy, distress, and speculation and return them to people who need a home they can keep: low-income households, veterans, fixed-income older adults, disabled adults, and youth leaving foster care.
We do this as a 501(c)(3) so the work can receive charitable gifts, grants, donated real estate, and public partnership — and so affordability can be locked in rather than hoped for.

Origin
Built by people already in the work
We organized in Florida because we were already watching good houses sit empty while families, veterans, and young people leaving care slept somewhere that was not a home. The people behind this nonprofit know acquisition, permits, and rehab — not just the language of housing policy.
Home Save Solutions is the charitable structure that lets that skill run toward the people who need it, instead of toward the highest bidder.
How we decide
Values we will be measured by
Housing first, then everything else
A person cannot rebuild credit, keep a job, or stay well from the back seat of a car. The address comes first.
Keep it affordable on purpose
If a home we restore can be flipped out of reach next year, we failed. Stewardship is the job.
Do the physical work
We are not a report. We acquire property and restore it. The trades are not a vendor — they are the mission.
Tell the truth about capacity
We will not promise a unit we do not have. Honesty with families, funders, and partners is how trust is built.
Status
A 501(c)(3), on purpose
Charitable status is not a logo. It is how a donated house stays a community asset, how a foundation can fund a roof, and how a gift can be tax-deductible for the person who gives it. We operate as Home Save Solutions, a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized as a 501(c)(3).
Request our EIN on the contact form if you need it for a gift or grant file. We do not publish it on every page.
What we are not
- We are not a public housing authority.
- We are not a lender, and we do not sell mortgages.
- We are not a rapid-response shelter. We create lasting homes.
- We will not list fake impact numbers. When a unit is ready, we will say so.
The next house is waiting on partners.
If you hold property, capital, land, or a skilled trade, you are already part of the inventory this work needs.
