The most powerful gift
Donate a property
A vacant house, a rental you no longer want to manage, an inherited bungalow, a lot with a structure still standing — if it can be made into a home, we want to talk. Donated real estate can often be a tax-advantaged charitable contribution. We will walk the property, tell you the truth about condition, and take it from there.

Dollars become doors, roofs, and the gap that lets us close.
We are a young 501(c)(3). Unrestricted gifts, pledged gifts, and gifts restricted to a specific rehab are all useful. This is not a payment page — it is a conversation. Tell us what you want to do and we will send the instructions, including our EIN.

Home Save Solutions is actively pursuing grant and fundraising opportunities — public, private, and hybrid. We understand the landscape of HUD HOME and CDBG, Florida SHIP, local housing trusts, veteran-serving funds, aging-in-place programs, and independent-living support for youth leaving care.
If you are a program officer, a corporate foundation, a municipality, or a donor-advised fund looking for a Florida housing project that actually produces homes, write to us. We will send a one-pager, a budget, and a conversation — not a generic packet.
Trades & time
Volunteer the skill, not just the Saturday.
Electricians, roofers, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters, surveyors, attorneys, accountants, architects — in-kind professional work is how a $25,000 gift finishes a house instead of a bathroom. Weekend volunteers are welcome too, on job sites that are ready for extra hands.
